YouTube Challenge: Fastest Shredder?

If there's one thing YouTube isn't short on, it's dudes showing off their sweet licks. Many claim to be the fastest shredder ever, but who reigns supreme of all time? Let's take a look at the evidence, shall we?

Exhibit A: No-Name with the Vibrating Hand
First, there's this dude who claims the title "World Record Guitar Speed 2007." His technique consists of his vibrating hand. (That may be good for some things, but not sure if guitar playing is one of them.) Here he exhibits his skillz at Dave's Bar & Grill.

Exhibit B: And then there was Buckethead...
The San Francisco recluse and one-time Guns N' Roses axe-man goes where few others can, like four finger tapping, not to mention his robot dance/nunchuck routine.

Exhibit C: Shawn Lane
Cheesy, yet undeniably fast. Sadly, the fusion guitarist died in 2003.

Exhibit D: Cannibal Corpses' Pat O'Brien and Alex Webster
‘Nuff said.

Exhibit E: Jennifer Batten: "Flight of the Bumble Bee"

Exhibit F: Michael Angelo Batio
The double and quadruple guitarist shreds solo - gratuitous but fun!

Exhibit G: Teen Covers Necrophagist
He may not be the fastest, but he's damn impressive.

Exhibit H: Extreme Japanese Face-Off!

Exhibit I: The Great Kat
The blood is a nice touch.

Hmm … it's a tough call but we'll put our money on Buckethead.
