You Write Too Long: This Week's Feature, Bite-Sized

Come on, you've got better uses for this week's cover story anyway.*

This week: Fund-raising for the Facebook Generation. Crowd-funding websites like Kickstarter and IndieGoGo — which are helping to make local projects like The New Parkway, Awaken Cafe, and Toast possible through hundreds of tiny donations — may seem like a godsend for small businesses, but there could be a catch, or rather, a few catches.
