Winter Storytime

When: Fri., Dec. 28, 12 p.m. 2007
Price: free

Boxing Day, Kwanzaa, Holy Innocents' Day, Lunar New Year, Candlemas: Every day is a holiday somewhere in the world, whether it's Kalevala Day in Finland (celebrating the national epic on Feb. 28) or Independence Day on the eight-square-mile island of Nauru (Jan. 31) or thousands of others observed with joy and solemnity. The theme of Friday, Dec. 28's Winter Storytime session in the Multicultural Reading Tent at Habitot Children's Museum (2065 Kittredge St., Berkeley) is "Holidays Around the World." Noon.
