It starts off like Morgan Spurlock’s jokey Super Size Me, but this documentary accomplishes something few of the numerous 9/11, Iraq war, and Middle East docs managed to do -- it sits down and listens to ordinary people in Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Afghanistan talk about what’s on their minds. Spurlock, who grows a beard to blend in, treks from Morocco to Pakistan “in search of bin Laden,” but what he finds is that people everywhere are pretty much the same. Worth a look. Directed by Spurlock, who wrote it with Jeremy Chilnick (93 min.).
