I am 34 years old nad have never had a problem with PGS until this last year. I have had my electricity turned of twice nad I have 2 children living at home. All assistance programs say I make to much money. I mad a $200 payment on 7-15-2011 and PGS still turend me off on 8-3-2011. it is August 15th and my daughters and I still have no power! I have had PGS since i was first on my own at at 18 and since they have installed their new computer read meters I have had my power turned off twice in less then 6 months. I am more the frustrated with them at this time.
