No, Walnut Creek does not have a harbor. But Walnut Creek Yacht Club’s fish is straight off the boat. The restaurant looks high WASP — read semaphore flags and plastic fish — yet Chef Kevin Weinberg’s food is skillfully seasoned with the flavors of faraway shores. And as long as he keeps cooking the fish so beautifully, we’re sure none of the Docksider set will complain.
