Tracy Seeley

When: Thu., May 19, 7 p.m. 2011

In My Ruby Slippers: The Road Back to Kansas, Oakland's Tracy Seeley looks for home in a list of thirteen addresses found written in her baby book -- the baker's dozen homes that her family had lived in until she was nine, following her father's dream of movie stardom and other paternal caprices. Seeley reads from the memoir at Books Inc. (1760 4th St., Berkeley) on Thursday, May 19. 7 p.m., free. 510-525-7777 or BooksInc.net.
