To Beat Colds, Sleep Longer - Really

A recent study published in The Archives of Internal Medicine which was reported in the New York Times this week, researchers found that men and women who sleep less than than seven hours a night were three times as likely to get sick as those who slept at least eight hours.

So, if you want to stay free of colds and flu, stay in bed that extra hour.
