This Week's Word: Grimace

Surveying the latest in Yay Area hip-hop slang.

Pronounced: Grim-iss

Part of Speech: Noun

As Heard On: Bailey, "U-C-It"

What It Do: Derived from the plump, purple, perpetually grinning McDonald's character, this phrase refers to purple-haired Cannabis indica (thought to be more potent than other strains).

Example: "Hey, mane, pass the grimace so I can get my perk on before I hit the studio."

See Also: Purp, Yurple, Barney, Indo.
