The Fratello Marionettes

When: Tue., July 1, 10:30 a.m. 2008
Price: free

Kevin Menegus has studied with master puppeteers nationwide and earned a percussion degree at the University of the Pacific Conservatory of Music. His custom-made creations are the irresistibleFratello Marionettes, with which Menegus performs well-loved fairy tales for little fans. At the Oakland Library's Elmhurst Branch (1427 88th Ave., Oakland) on July 1, the marionettes enact "The Frog Prince," in which a princess encounters an amphibian who might be something much more. 10:30 a.m. OaklandLibrary.org
