At the Jewish Community Center of the East Bay (1414 Walnut St., Berkeley) on Thursday, Sept. 2, Shanghai-bred Inna Mink discusses her memories of the resulting cultural/culinary fusion with Oakland food writer Dianne Jacob and novelist Linda Frank.
