Their involvement with the Keep Your Home CA program is very misleading. While their participation is posted on both websites, it fails to state that Wells Fargo IS NOT participating in the Unemployed Mortgage Insurance Program if your mortgage exceeds $3,000 per month. In addition, if you obtain a forebearance program you now become ineligible for participation in the Mortgage Reinstatement Program. I believe that these loop holes are their way of tacking on more interest on the back-end of your loan rather than allowing their mortgagees to receive federal funding. Very deceitful.
