Re: “I am Annoyed and Disappointed

Given my experience over the years it isn't obvious to me at all as I have listened openly to others share their thoughts and feelings, and I am aware that not all do.

Thank you for sharing yours.

Re: “I am Annoyed and Disappointed

I have to admit it isn't always easy to hear people's upsets, and I know that they too offer insights and new opportunities. What I do want expressed here and it isn't is that Cafe Gratitude offers everyone an opportunity to express what they are committed to and we honor that! Please understand that employees do not have to participate in Landmark Education, it is their choice. We offer it like we offer everything, as a possible tool that has made a difference for us.
I am saddened that while we give all our employees an opportunity to complete any grievances they may have with the company, clearly that does not always happen.
Gratefully, Terces Engelhart
