This family-run operation specializes in central Vietnamese cuisine as well as banh cuon, soft rice noodles made to order. The warm, chewy noodles come with pickled vegetables and slices of lunchmeat-like steamed pork or shrimp and yam fritters, all to be dipped in fish sauce. Even harder-to-find Vietnamese dishes come out at night, which is also prime time to enjoy a local beer or craft cocktail.
