I was in another state when I was illegally dumped, but district administrators don't even have to implement these "focused assistance" plans. They're backed to the hilt by districts and hearing officers no matter how badly they screw up. I still can't believe any of it ever happened to me, but these criminals who did it are still working for this particular school district.

So much for teachers having "lifetime employment." Contrary to a claim upthread whining about "tenure," K-12 teachers don't have "tenure" but only the right to a sham hearing, which few bother to take. Having "due process" rights (the same as other public employees) is not the problem--the problem is with corrupt administrators who are held to no accountability. Teachers are totally powerless against them.
