The Atomic Brain (Joseph V. Mascelli, 1963)

The Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive and the Downtown Berkeley Association present the first in a series of three event-packed evenings in August, each culminating with an outdoor film screening under the stars! In The Atomic Brain, an aging spinster finances the brain transplant experiments of a mad scientist in the hope that her brain can be transplanted into the body of a younger babe.

Pre-movie mania includes the Smooth Toad jug band, the sensored sculptures of Michael Campos-Quinn, and a talk by Berkeley professor Jeremy Maitin-Shepard about brain-mapping.
