What's up with these jerks who want to hog all MY public space? I'm a taxpayer, I bought that space. I should have a say in who takes up a prolonged occupancy in my public area. So the bozos have got to go! I almost never go to Telegraph because I hate the crust losers and the weirdos making jewelry. Where do all these idiots get their wardrobes?

Show in the constitution where there is any right, implied or otherwise, to be a total dweeb?

I think we should return to what it was like in the thirties and forties. I don't like these guys, you don't like these guys: well, the police should rough them up, run them out of town. It wasn't pretty but it worked.
