Sic Alps; Bill Orcutt; The Baths

Fri., June 11, 7:30 p.m. 2010

L@TE: Friday Nights @ BAM/PFA

Friday, June 11 at 7:30 PM: Sic Alps; Bill Orcutt; The Baths

Sic Alps have honed their noisy neo-psych pop through a handful of hard-to-find singles, EPs, and LPs on a variety of labels including Drag City and Siltbreeze. Bill Orcutt is primarily known for his work with 1990s noise pioneers Harry Pussy, but he is earning new recognition for his solo guitar work. The Baths will give a preview of the reverb-drenched lo-fi pop offered on their forthcoming album on Woodsist Records.

Doors 6 PM; with cash bar and set by KALX DJ Liberossa
