Re: “Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson Hit in Face with Pie at Event, Assaults Protester in 'Bloody' Scene

The protester got exactly what he wanted.

15 minutes of fame, street-cred among his unwashed, homeless 'occupy' buddies, publicly attacked by a millionaire elected official in front of many witnesses and probably cameras too...... and a great big imminent payday in the form of a fat settlement for the assault.

Granted he assaulted the Mayor first but that attack could be argued to have been in jest, street comedy, or even political protest. It's a minor offense as Johnson was not hurt by it. He was merely shocked and humiliated. There's no way Johnson can argue that he thought his life or person was in danger as the punk immediately ran off.

Johnson then accelerated the situation into a severe, very public, and reportedly bloody beating.

This protester is going to immediately lawyer-up. His free Obama-phone is probably being blown up by lawyers right now begging to represent him. The minor and comical charges against him (pie in the face) will be dropped and he will sue Johnson, the police dept. and the city for millions. He'll settle for about $100k for each blow to his face that your primitive mayor delivered.

Your mayor is an unintelligent idiot and a violent street thug......hiding behind the civility and veneer of a business suit and tie. are about to get what you deserve for electing a street thug.
