Re: “I am Annoyed and Disappointed

My wife & I tried cafe "attitude" for lunch and we sort of laughed at the whole "feel good, cultish-ness" of the place and just figured it was a gimmick. Not being very hungry we decided to share one "enchilada of the day" which, I should add, was listed on the menu without a price. The waiter asked us if we wanted guacamole & black beans added to it and we said "sure" (again, no mention of the price). We also shared an appetizer plate and had a couple of beverages.
The enchilada was pretty small, although I have to say it was delicious and made up of raw and non-dairy substitutes. The appetizer plate was good too but miniature.

However.....when the bill came, we saw that this tiny enchilada was $15.50 and each "add-on" (ie. guac & beans" were $3.50 each, so we ended up paying $22.50!
The appetizer plate was $16 and the drinks were $14 (ginger ale & juice), so our total was around $56 for a very small lunch!

Now I can see why they charge so much....it's to help pay for those expensive seminars!
