Reframing Age What does it mean to be old today? Ashby Village invites you to attend a photo exhibit that reframes aging. We photographed and interviewed twelve amazing men and women ranging in age from 70 to 96. These vibrant people are members of Ashby Village, a nonprofit that connects seniors and provides them with the resources they need to stay active, independent and fulfilled. The exhibit, prepared by photographer Nancy Rubin and author Cynthia Overbeck Bix, both volunteers at Ashby Village, opens July 8 at the Village Gallery, 1821 Catalina Avenue, Berkeley. It continues through September 15.
