They may not have nabbed a Grammy for Best Classical Crossover Album, but twice Grammy-nominated Quartet San Francisco is determined to show us why the RecordingAcademy gave them the big nod. As part of the CrowdenMusicCenter's Sundays @ Four series, the quartet performs the music of Raymond Scott, as featured on their album, Whirled Peas.If you're wondering what to expect, Scott's music is can be heard in episodes of The Simpsons as well as Looney Toonscartoons and The Ren and Stimpy Show. $12, free for all under 18.
