Power Chord Academy Sells Out

Power Chord Academy, a Los Angeles-based rock music camp for kids ages 12 through 18, has launched a new program designed to teach kids to play not REAL instruments, because hell, they're so old-fashioned and hard to learn, but GUITAR HERO and ROCK BAND instruments. A rock camp that for ten years prided itself on training a new generation of rockers for fame and life in the fast lane (at 12 locations across the country including SF State) is now teaching lazy rich kids to use guitars not for sex, drugs, and rock 'n' roll, but for Star Power, 58-note streaks, and all-time high scores. For shame.
