Pork Leg Butchery Class 

When: Sun., Sept. 23, 7-9 p.m. 2012
Price: $140
Learn different butchering techniques, including boning out a leg, cutting the muscles along the seams, tying roasts, slicing the pork for scallopini or steaks, and how to use the trim to make sausage. Students get meat to take home.
