Plant natives on historic Cerrito Creek

When: Sat., Nov. 12, 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. 2016
Price: Free
Help plant natives along Cerrito Creek, so roots get down before summer's drought. Help wildlife, control erosion, and make the open space that stretches from creek to hilltop even more beautiful! Learn about the exciting history of Native American settlements, Spanish and Mexican land grants, dynamite making—even a train robbery! Snacks, water, tools, gloves, and good company supplied. Wear closed-toed shoes with good traction and warm clothes that can get dirty.
