You’ll need to gear up for a night at Pikanha’s, the East Bay’s only continuous-service Brazilian churrascaria. For a fixed price, a fleet of revolving waiters carves you up nearly a dozen grilled meats at a breakneck pace. A few tips: Skip the hot buffet, drink plenty of water, and eat a little salad with your carne. The meat comes from predictably murky sources, and there’s little consistency from cut to cut, but at these prices you should expect more of an adventure than a gourmet meal.
