Cambodian food good enough that you’ll swear you’re eating it in a sticky-table dive, not a stylish, comfortable neighborhood bistro. The curries and the hamok (salmon mousse) can be too mild for their own good, but dishes like the stuffed chicken wings, fishcake, tamarind-tangy soups, and spice-rubbed meat skewers pass the authenticity test as well as the taste one.
