This Saturday, get ready to indulge in one of the most enjoyable forms of carbs out there: pasta. At Mägo, his Piedmont Avenue restaurant, chef Mark Liberman (formerly of AQ and TBD in San Francisco) will teach you to prepare four different kinds of fresh and dried pasta from various regions of Italy. Bring your closed-toed shoes and learn to make orecchiette with sausage and broccoli rabe; mushroom and ricotta stuffed agnolotti with pine nuts and peas; spaghetti with anchovies, parsley, and green garlic; and hand-cut tagliatelle with bacon and egg. After preparing the pasta, everyone will sit down for a family-style feast. Feel free to bring wine or other beverages of your choice to enjoy along with your pasta. Grab tickets on Eventbrite.
