An heirloom tomato tasting and panel features guest speakers Tim Mueller of Riverdog Farm and Bill Fujimoto of Diablo Foods, plus Oliveto executive chef Jonah Rhodehamel, chef de cuisine LucianoDuco, and pastry chef Jenny Raven.
