Come out early to see the Skyline High marching band perform at the opening ceremony at 10:45am!

The Bill Brand Biergarten (at Fruitvale Ave. and MacArthur Blvd.) features over 20 craft breweries from around the Bay. Learn how the pros do it in the HopTech Homebrewers’ Alley. The Wells Fargo Family Stage anchors the Rootbier Garten filled with family fun, Oakland Park & Rec game booths and bounce houses, and Bavarian inspired crafts. The Farmer Joe’s Main Stage showcases traditional German and modern Oakland entertainment. AND About The Music sets off Dancing in The Dimond with DJs and dance performances. Roll through the Town Park Skate Zone, new this year.

Plenty of food and vendor booths in-between, including German inspired artisan entrees, cooking demos, alongside traditional favorites to satisfy everyone. This year a Bavarian Big Band takes stage with Deutscher Musikverein of San Francisco. Street Dancing – Bavarian style with the Golden Gate Bavarian Dancers, and some Oakland flavor with performances by the Blondies, Bacon, ZZ Topless, Red Hots Burlesque, with many other surprises and treats in store...
