Youth market rom-com does cute, imitation-Nick-Hornby things with the story of a heartbroken teenage rock band guitarist (Michael Crea from Juno) hooking up with a hometown New Jersey girl (Kat Dennings of The 40 Year Old Virgin) over mix CDs one frantic night in New York City. The warm and fluffy screenplay is by Lorene Scafaria from the young-adult novel by Rachel Cohn and David Levithan, directed routinely by Peter Sollett (90 min.).
