Mushrooms and iNaturalist Training

When: Wed., March 8, 7-8:30 p.m. 2017
Price: Free.
Damon Tighe will get you excited and equipped to use iNaturalist by starting with the basics—how to contribute data, how to mine data, and how to help in identifications. He will then delve into mushroom identification on iNaturalist, giving tips on taking photos and an overview of the taxa. Finally, he will discuss the notable taxa in the Sausal Creek Watershed, offering advice on how to find these fungi so you can start contributing to iNaturalist. This presentation takes place at the bimonthly Friends of Sausal Creek meeting. All are welcome!
