Most Capitalistic Deli

The Wall St. Cafe

Sometimes a little shtick is what it takes to survive in the capitalist world. The Wall St. Cafe is located in a cookie-cutter business park directly across the street from Stoneridge Mall -- a palace dedicated to the Taco Bells and Mickey Ds of the world. But the independently owned Wall St. caters to its crowd with service and wit. The "Opening Bell" (breakfast) serves up hearty helpings of eggs and French toast, while the Burger Exchange is meant for the heavy hitters at lunchtime. Michael Milken might thicken up his portfolio by ordering the "Tax Shelter" burger (bacon, cheddar cheese, mayo, and barbecue sauce) while Warren Buffett might keep things lean with "The Merger" (turkey and avocado on wheat with mayo). Currently, business at the Wall St. is thriving -- no bull.
