Mortified's 14-Year Anniversary Best of 2019 Megashow

When: Sat., Dec. 14, 7:30 p.m.
Price: $18-$24
14 years ago, after David Nadelberg was digging through some boxes, he found a love letter he wrote for his special someone that he never got up the nerve to send. Maybe it was a good thing he didn’t, because it immediately made him blush. He thought it would be funny to read this letter on stage. He sent an email out to some friends to see if they had some old writing they too would want to read and join in on the humiliation. The response was overwhelming. And so it began. This is Mortified. People are excited to turn their most humiliating childhood writing into gleeful laughter from strangers. It’s gotten so big that there’s books, and even a Netflix series that collects some of the best stories. But the heart and soul of Mortified is the live series, which began 14 years ago. Come celebrate the 14th anniversary and laugh at strangers embarrass themselves for your amusement.
