Re: “Cash flow

Daniel Armstrong bought several homes using the name "Maurice Shabazz" and as the houses began to foreclose, the difficult tenants he hand selected played up their grievances about losing their rentals by abusing the help offered through Renter's Rights. In the end, they all received a pay-off to get out but only after terrorizing neighbors & businesses with every worse case scenario situation: including prostitution.

One of these houses is next to us.
Even with the leaking sewage & cesspools, property damage of all kinds, violence, drugs & children involved, it took every effort and many branches from the city of Oakland to bring any attention to it.
15 months(!) later, the tenants were finally evicted only after receiving a sizable pay-off and stealing all the large appliances!

I'm embarrassed for the city of Oakland for their lack of concern and the inability to take these cases seriously when there was clearly something illegal going on.
