Re: “Mehserle Sentence is an Insult to the Black Community

@jjlasne How do you know OJ Simpson killed Nicole Brown Simpson? We KNOW Johannes kill Oscar. You and America in general is pretty willing to believe that OJ did it, still, as if that's just a fact, when the evidence didn't support the facts. Trust me, if the evidence supported the facts, OJ would have gotten the chair like all you (assumable, white) people wanted. If the evidence supported the facts, OJ could not have use the "muscle memory" defense.

People thinking that black people cry foul when it comes to racism, have never been in the minority. Fact of the matter is, this county has a very recent, and decorated history of racism. Johannes, was intimidated by the community he served, and should have been a cop where he felt more comfortable, and I bet he wouldn't have shot some rowdy white kid in Walnut Creek in the back, while on the ground, with his hands behind his back. Undoubtedly, someone would have stepped in, told Johannes to calm down, which Johannes would have done.

He's scared. You're all scared. Unfortunately, I will see the end of it in my lifetime, but I've seen the start, white people will be the minority in America. There won't/might not be slavery and institutionalized racism (racist behavior supported by government and private institutions - it happened), but your values and opinions will become insignificant, which is what happened here in the Johannes case and will provide you with a taste of your own medicine.

Happy 2050.
