I recently joined yelp after researching on how to complain about a business which I had tried numerous times to come to an agreement to conclude. E-mails, voicemails, all gone without any acknowledgement. I was so angry I did a review and complained to the BBB and the manager still has not contacted me with the exception of once to yell and threaten me with a lawsuit. I paid good money for a service and was not given this service. So, I requested a refund and was not given one to this day. In my book, that is stealing and I think the public should be made aware of behaviors such as this. When I threatened to call the police, the workers laughed and said to "go ahead, there is nothing they can do about it". And they were right.
