This colorful, squeaky-clean fast-food restaurant next door to the Naz 8 theater indulges nonresident Indians’ nostalgia for Chinese food. Indian Chinese food. Pass it up — except for the hakka noodles and the honey-chile gobi — in favor of the restaurant’s cheap, delicious Punjabi specialties: gosht rara (goat in a ground-lamb curry), kadai (wok-cooked curried) meats, and kebabs you’ll not taste anywhere else. On weekends, though, big crowds make for long waits.
