Every year the federal government, in conjunction with state agencies spends millions of dollars flying around Northern California and pulling up millions of illegal weeds. This Sisyphean task is called the Coalition Against Marijuana Planting, or CAMP, and up north, growers fight back against CAMP by legally publicizing CAMP movements over the airwaves from stations like KMUD.
