Romantic comedy
Jud Parker (Larry Parks), a talent agent from New York, is in the hinterlands of Connecticut on business when he meets a beautiful dance teacher named Anastacia (Elizabeth Taylor). Having no interest in a relationship, Jud flees when she tries to introduce him to her mother, Mrs. Macaboy (Josephine Hutchinson). When Anastacia visits New York for a convention, however, she runs into Jud, and they get together. But what Jud considers a casual fling, Anastacia considers something very different.
