If Jessica Berg's statement is correct, "We have looked at impacts in . . . Oakland in every way that we could," then why did Oakland write Piedmont on 3/21/2011: "The City remains concerned about Piedmont's failure to conduct any meaningful analysis of the project's environmental impacts." PRFO's plan can only succeed if the Piedmont City Council ignores the critically flawed analysis. Further, to have children cross Moraga avenue without a properly engineered and analyzed traffic plan is beyond irresponsible.

One clarification: The PRFO proposal has consistently shown two fields, not three or one. Both fields were to use artificial turf, the smaller field will now use natural grass. This field is renamed "glade." The function remains the same as a practice sports field.
