Yes, thank you very much for this article. In our city here in New Zealand we recently had an inorganic rubbish collection. People put the things they didn't want out on the sidewalks some days before the council said that people would be by to take those things away. By the time the council got there, of course, happy citizens had removed much of what had been put out by other happy citizens. One neighbour asked me if I wanted a sofa as there was one up the street. I had no room or wish for such a thing but I did find enough to provide me with adequate freestanding storage space for my books, blankets, and working papers. Another neighbour of mine became too enthusiastic and now complains that her place looks a mess. But there it is. Expensive or free, you still need to use your brains. Thanks again for the article. I enjoyed it greatly.
