Isaac Cronin is a food writer and popularizer of new culinary ingredients. In addition to cookbooks, he has written, translated and edited eight books on contemporary social issues. Isaac will read from an unpublished memoir, I Didn't Think It Would Taste That Good , that combines food related experience with the politics of the times.
