So it’s not the most authentic Cuban restaurant. Havana still makes a mean mojo, the orange-garlic marinade that coats its tender pork loin. Order up a batch of tapas, especially the twice-fried plantains, or sit down for a three-course meal. The entrées, like the decor, stylishly blend lush, tropical Cuban and light-hearted Californian flavors. The only time authenticity is called for is with the mojitos, which don’t fare so well when the bartenders add strawberry, apple, or chocolate liqueur.
