Re: “Oakland Police Search Without Warrants

One more thing too, if it was a fire hazard, then how come the person was living there for 10 years and the management knew full well what was going on there, there were no fires? I'm just saying...if the place was such a fire hazard, then how come there were no fires after 10 years of being there? The fire hazard was an excuse to get into the location and violate the individuals rights, and nothing more. I am encouraging my friend to sue them till their broke, but i'm not sure what he wants to do about it just yet. If it were me, I would be livid and raging mad and taking everyone to court and i'm sure he would win.

Re: “Oakland Police Search Without Warrants

Why does the press always goes for sensationalism instead of truth? I have known "103" now for over 15 years. He's a medical patient who is involved in helping other medical patients. He suffers from several conditions that affect his health, and he is constantly doing cleanses and his health is of primary importance. To include the words "meth" or "amphetamine" or "manufacturing" in this article is a disgrace to him. I have never known him to use those kinds of drugs and it sounds like a set up or plant of evidence if anything. This guy does nothing to hurt anyone, and would never push anything harmful. I have spoken to him recently and he told me the place was ransacked and torn apart before his lease was up. he also told me that were trying to get into his place several times under the pretext of fire code inspections and he refused to allow them to search inside the premises. In addition to that, he had called the police several times to report attempted break ins by thugs in the hood, and each time the police wanted to search the place , he told them it was irrelevant to the investigation and told them "No". Between the police and the management of Madison Park, it appears they conspired to subvert his rights and possibly set him up. I had been in his place many times, and I can assure everyone, there was no manufacturing of anything other than cannabis medicines, done legally. I think the reason it appeared to be a "multi-level" operation is because he is excellent at what he does and grows cannabis with care and a true understanding of what it takes to produce quality flowers. There were no hundreds of extension cords either. What would that serve? It just seems overly sensational, and it's blatantly not true, either.
