I'm sorry to hear about the problems these restaurants are having, but in the case of Soully Vegan, they did themselves in. Their restaurant was gawd-awful to look at, their food was only fair, but their prices were exorbitant. I truly wanted them to succeed, but after going there once and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting (did I mention how slow their service was?), I vowed to never return again.

Apparently, I wasn't alone. If they try it again, they have GOT to provide a better value and much better service. Sitting at a table with four mix-matched chairs, paint peeling, dreary curtains, etc., was not my idea of a nice dining experience. I hope they can learn from their mistakes.
