Re: “Ringling Bros. Threatens To Pull Circus Out Of Oakland If the City Bans Bullhooks

To whom it may concern: A person posting herein and identifying his/herself as (literally) the son of God, and posting hateful things about the circus, is a candidate for removal from this site in my humble opinion. To this person - identify yourself and be reasonable or cease to comment.

Re: “Ringling Bros. Threatens To Pull Circus Out Of Oakland If the City Bans Bullhooks

It's not amazing to me that there are extremists here posting literally dozens of anti-circus messages. That you SCREAM loudly does not make you any more right. Your propaganda is NOT evidence of a crime (animal abuse is a crime) or it would have been used in a court of law. You repeatedly ask ME to "explain" those videos, but since you allege a crime, the burden of proof is upon YOU! The only crime/abuse we have witnessed at the circus is the abuse of the circus and it's fans at the hands of animal rights protestors. There is nothing wrong with regulation in the best interests of the animals. We are all for it. There is however a big difference between animal "welfare" and animal "rights"! The circus can possibly save the asian elephant, and other animals from extinction.... while you would accept extinction. You are entitled to your opinion, but we insist that you allow others to have an opinion, and if they prefer, to attend a circus with performing animals! You allege much and prove very little. Long live the circus and it's animals....they are loved and well cared for! I have been a witness to that for decades!

Re: “Ringling Bros. Threatens To Pull Circus Out Of Oakland If the City Bans Bullhooks

In over 40 years observation and study of the circus and it's animals I have never observed any abuse! I am everywhere that the animal "rights" advocates say this "abuse" occurs. It makes no logical sense that an animal who is loved and well cared for (and the star of the show) would be abused. Animals are trained via positive reinforcement (as anyone who has trained a dog to sit up will tell you) Do not be bullied or influenced by the propaganda campaigns and shock tacktics of the animal rights business... Go and see for yourself...the circus animals are loved and well cared for!
