California State Treasurer John Chiang reveals how seemingly mundane financial decisions can drive large-scale change that makes a real difference in our quality of life. Treasurer Chiang was elected on Nov. 4, 2014, as California’s 33rd State Treasurer. As Treasurer, he cut off Wells Fargo from its most profitable lines of business with the State of California after it was found to have fleeced thousands of its customers.
