Slaughtering a species for the lone sake of a very bland soup made from their fins. Tell that highly biased want-to-be SF Mayor that such practices have existed in other walks of life. Buffalo Bill and a great many other fronteir men established the practice of killing bafallow and collecting only the tongues, just for the sake of bragging rights over how many buffalo they shot that day. Here, in Chinatown, the shark fin bragging rights are over superficiality of wealth. But, it's still the same old disease of mankind.
