Sad to hear about Tara. I agree that that everyone should respect one another and share the precious, but little, open space we have.

What I don't understand is why the "mountain bikes (who make up 15% of EBRPD users) are banned from most single-track trails" while equestrians (who make up less than 3% of EBRPD users) are given wide access. Access within the public parks should be fair and equatable. While no one should have to be in fear when visiting a park, other user groups should not be excluded so that a much smaller user group can enjoy the trails on a "1,000- to 2,000-pound animal".
